Download the latest and greatest Acme Point of Sale Software from our Support Center any time you like.
Banked technical support time when you sign up.
Upon enrollment your account will be credited with technical support time on a per workstation basis. Acme is licensed per workstation. You may use this at any time during the year for any type of support, installation or configuration issues.
More time is banked on each anniversary. (every 365 days)
Additional technical support time banked (added to) your account annually.
Banked time (whether initial or annual) does not accrue, it expires at year end. Banked time is for technical support, training sessions are sold separately.
Solution Provider Proxy.
If your registered Solution Provider contacts us for support on your behalf we do not charge your account for that time. Your Solution Provider may charge you for their time.
Weighted Enhancement Requests
Your participation in the Upgrades n- More program helps steer the development of Acme. We appreciate your insight and welcome your suggestions.
No Finger Pointing.
Some companies offer support plans with “unlimited this” or “90 days of that”. Those plans generally come with long disclaimers, lots of rules and finger pointing. With our technical support team you don’t have to wonder if the problem is hardware, software or network; or try to figure out who you should call. We work hard to keep the plans simple and your benefits real.
With Acme you get no finger pointing and one call does it all.
How can you get Upgrades -n- More?
SaaS subscriptions to Acme include Upgrades -n- More.
If you purchase Acme via OTP (one-time payment) then an Upgrades -n- More subscription is a recommended option.
Upgrades -n- More is an “all or none” option. You cannot subscribe some copies of Acme and not others.
When Enterprise pricing is used, the number of annual tech support hours is determined by contract. We do offer Additional Training and Additional Support that does not expire.
If your UGM subscription lapses or you do not subscribe you can purchase support at our open rate and upgrade your software for approximately 50% of the current product price. Please request a quote.
